Mary Jane: (Hardneck Variety) Purchased from Mary Jane's Organic Farm in Idaho. Mildly spicy it has a good garlic flavor. Grows well in cold climate and stored 4 - 6 months.

Music: (Porcelain Hardneck Variety) Music, a very hardy garlic, produces large bulbs that contain four to seven large easy to peel cloves per bulb. When eaten raw, Music is a hot, flavorful garlic; when roasted it reduces the heat to a balanced, sweet, true garlic flavor. Grows well in cold climates and throughout the United States. Harvest mid season, stores eight to ten months.
Siberian: (Marbled Purple Stripe) Siberian is an heirloom variety. High in Allicin, possibly the highest of any garlic, it is an excellent choice for medicinal purposes. Big beautiful bulbs contain five to seven large easy to peel cloves. Good full flavor, excellent for roasting. Grows well in cold climates, harvest mid-to-late season, stores seven to nine months. The garlic lover's favorite.
